Over The Road When you drive for DSW, our dedicated owner operator fleet leased to Swift Transportation, your job is constantly in motion, taking you to new places and new sights every day. DSW drivers typically drive the 48 states, are away from home for 3 - 4 weeks at a time, and can earn up to $40,000 in their first year.

Local HDS currently works with many local employers throughout Arizona. Drivers in these positions are generally home every night. Contact us for more information about these great positions.
